On a Mac
- ⌘-control-Space Bar will bring up the Emoji/Symbol pallet. It can be entered from there.
In GNU EMACS
- insert-char (C-x 8 Return), then type the hex code
Microsoft Windows
- Instructions for Inserting them in Windows, though a bit more involved.
